About Me:
I am a Registered Nurse with extensive experience across various clinical areas. Living locally, I am passionate about addressing the diverse health needs of our community. Currently, I work as a Flight Nurse on a helicopter and in the Emergency Department at a hospital. I am also a certified Public Health Nurse.

I aim to support individuals who often fall through the cracks of our local healthcare system. Many community members do not qualify for home healthcare services or county programs but still require professional health-related assistance. As a Nurse Consultant, my goal is to provide these services affordably and tailored to individual needs.
Care Coordination
- Ensuring patients’ needs and preferences are met through high-quality, high-value healthcare.
- Providing assistance after recent hospitalizations or new diagnoses to facilitate follow-up care and prevent re-hospitalization.
- Coordinating local services such as Meals on Wheels, social work, therapies, and holistic care (massage, dental, chiropractic).
Medication Management
- Setting up and scheduling medications, and handling pharmacy refills.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of new medications, ensuring proper dosing, and reducing unnecessary medications.
- Empowering individuals to understand their medications and advocating for personalized treatment.
Health Assessment
- Conducting in-home personal health assessments to keep individuals informed about their current health status.
- Monitoring vital signs such as weight, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, and blood glucose on a monthly or weekly basis.
- Providing close follow-up for ongoing medical issues like wounds or injuries, ensuring early intervention for any worsening conditions.
Health Advocacy
- Educating patients and caregivers to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
- Offering support during and after medical appointments to clarify next steps and important decisions.
- Acting as a liaison between providers, patients, and families to ensure clear communication and understanding.
